Customer Representative (TELE SALES - TRUCK DISPATCH)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Cold Caller to generate leads and schedule appointments through outbound calling. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily.
  • Introduce company services and identify customer needs.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow call scripts while maintaining natural and engaging conversations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Record call outcomes and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Follow up with potential clients via phone, text, and email when required.
  • Handle objections professionally and effectively.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Strong English speaking and listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, trucking, freight brokerage, or B2B sales.
  • Experience using dialers, VoIP systems, and lead generation tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
