Customer Sales Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively handling inquiries. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or promote services.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
