Customer Sales Officer

Job Description:

• Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of sales performance.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Qualify and prioritize leads to ensure alignment with sales targets and company goals.
• Contact clients to address queries, provide solutions, and build strong relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
