Job Overview:

Fairways Logistics is looking for confident and driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our night shift team. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships and promoting our logistics services to customers across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to engage with new and existing clients
• Effectively promote our freight and transportation services
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Follow up with leads via calls and emails
• Accurately update customer info in CRM tools
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude in all interactions

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers (US/Canada experience preferred)
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Confident in phone-based selling and objection handling
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Comfortable working full-time night shifts at our DHA Phase 6 office
