About the role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing sales operations in the assigned region for products such as Ready-mix Decorative Plaster, Brick Joint Compounds, Tile adhesive, Tile Grout, Wall putty, Skim coat and allied products. This role includes distributor management, project-based sales, contractor engagement, and achievement of regional sales targets.
Responsibilities:

Drive sales in the assigned region by promoting finishing products to builders, contractors and retailers

Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers within the region

Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, and project engineers

Visit project sites to conduct product demos, resolve technical issues, and ensure correct application methods

Train and support sales reps, distributors, and applicators on product knowledge and application techniques

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies; provide feedback to senior management

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan local promotional events, exhibitions, and brand visibility campaigns

Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation from clients and distributors

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for regional performance analysis
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field
-
10-12 years of experience in sales of construction or finishing materials (e.g., Experience with ready-mix plasters, wall putty, jointing compounds, or related finishing products.)

Strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned region

Good understanding of site application methods and product performance standards

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Willing to travel frequently within the region
Nice to have:

Experience with project-based B2B selling in residential, commercial, or infrastructure segments

Familiarity with interior finishing contractors and fit-out consultants

Ability to conduct on-site trainings and product presentations
