Customer Sales Representative

Brandix Soft is a fast-growing digital marketing agency providing professional services in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Web Development, and IT Solutions. Our primary clients are based in the UK and US, and we focus on helping businesses improve their online visibility and drive measurable growth.

Position Overview

We are hiring B2B Sales Representatives to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will contact business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers in the UK/US markets, introducing them to our digital marketing solutions. This is an on-site role for individuals who are comfortable with cold calling, sales targets, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day to potential clients
• Communicate with CEOs, marketing managers, and business owners in international markets
• Present and explain services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile optimization
• Generate 20+ qualified leads per month through consistent follow-up and engagement
• Set appointments for senior sales staff or conduct initial consultations
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
• Understand basic client needs and recommend suitable service packages
• Stay informed about changes and trends in digital marketing
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other performance KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education: Matric / O-Level
• Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in international B2B cold calling (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience selling digital marketing services is a plus

Required Skills

• Fluent spoken English with a neutral, UK, or US accent
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, etc.)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment

Working Hours

• UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
• US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Work Mode: On-site only (No remote option)
