Customer Sales Representative

About the Role
Atlantis RCM is hiring Cold Calling Agents to join our onsite outreach team. You’ll be responsible for making 500–1,000 outbound calls daily to healthcare providers, with the goal of generating qualified leads for our sales experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily using our auto-dialer
• Engage prospects and qualify them for RCM-related services
• Schedule calls for senior consultants
• Maintain accurate call logs and daily performance tracking

Requirements

• Any prior cold calling or call center experience
• Fresh candidates with good spoken English are also welcome
• Comfortable making 500+ calls/day consistently
• Strong communication, confidence, and persistence
• Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn
• Preferred Experience in RCM, healthcare, or US-based calling
