Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to C-level executives and decision-makers across industries (pharma, energy, finance, etc.)
  • Follow lead sheets, call scripts, and conversation flows provided by the marketing and sales teams
  • Qualify interest and pass leads to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or senior sales
  • Gather and update lead information (company size, decision-maker name, interest level, etc.)
  • Schedule follow-up appointments or calls where applicable
  • Maintain call logs, disposition outcomes, and feedback into CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, monday.com)

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of outbound calling experience (preferably B2B or event sales)
  • Clear, confident English communication (neutral or British/European accent preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRMs and call tracking tools (e.g., Aircall, JustCall)
  • High energy, persistence, and ability to handle objections gracefully
  • Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the events/conference industry
  • Exposure to lead sourcing or LinkedIn prospecting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
