About the Role
Fairways Logistics is looking for confident and driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our night shift team. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients across the US and Canada, promoting our logistics services, and contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage with new and existing clients
• Present and promote our freight and transportation services effectively
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Follow up on leads through phone calls and emails
• Keep customer information accurate and up to date in CRM systems
• Work closely with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in all communications

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers (US/Canada market experience preferred)
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in phone-based selling and objection handling
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools
• Willingness to work full-time night shifts at our DHA Phase 6 office
