Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

Location: Bazing, Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Customer Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service and want to grow their career in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products/services confidently and persuasively.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert calls into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Record customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (sales experience will be a plus).
• Ability to work in evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM).
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
