We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle Calling & Communication for a U.K.-based campaign. If you’ve worked in a call center and can handle conversations in fluent English, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls from customers placing new orders or seeking support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
• Keep records updated and follow up where necessary.

Requirements:

• Call center experience is a must – please apply only if you’ve previously worked in a call center.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
• Willingness to work Afternoon & Evening shifts (U.K. hours).
• Good computer navigation and typing skills.
