About the Role
Fairways Logistics is seeking motivated, confident, and target-driven Customer Sales Representatives to strengthen our night shift team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with clients across the US and Canada, build strong professional relationships, and actively contribute to the company’s success. You will play a key role in promoting our freight and logistics solutions, identifying client needs, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Handle both outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
• Effectively present and promote our freight forwarding and transportation services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
• Follow up on warm leads through phone calls and email communication.
• Accurately manage and update client information within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first approach while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and company services to better position solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (experience with US/Canada markets is preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, with working knowledge of CRM systems and email communication.
• High level of confidence, resilience, and self-motivation in achieving sales goals.
• Ability and commitment to work full-time during the night shift at our DHA Phase 6 office.
