Customer Sales Representative

About the Role:

MARS BPO is expanding its sales team for our HVAC Lead Generation Campaign. We are looking for energetic and fluent English speakers who can communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients, generate leads, and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. customers for HVAC services
• Qualify leads and maintain customer records
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining natural communication

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and listening)
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or higher
• Confident, punctual, and target-oriented
• Willing to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Prior call center or sales experience is a plus
