Role Description:

We seek a motivated and result-oriented Customer Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Sales Executive, you will generate leads, prospect potential clients, and close sales over the phone or through virtual meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
• Present and promote company services to potential customers over the phone.
• Identify customer needs
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors’ offerings.
• Follow sales scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.

· Excellent communication skills (American Native Accent Required)

• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
