Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our US campaign team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with US-based customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based customers and prospects.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – US accent is a plus.
• Previous sales or call center experience preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with high self-motivation.
• Good command of computer operations, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM/software handling.
