Shift: Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months(in B2B Outbound Sales - US Market Preferred)

Job Overview:

The Logic Design is seeking experienced and energetic Call Center Agents for our US-based B2B Digital Marketing campaign. If you have at least 1 year of outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to US-based businesses
• Promote and sell digital marketing services and solutions
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
• Continuously learn and apply new digital marketing knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B outbound US campaigns
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient attitude
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
