Customer Sales Representative (Fresher)(6:45pm-4:00am)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our Medical Billing Campaign team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with clients in the US healthcare sector, and promoting our medical billing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the healthcare industry (clinics, physicians, hospitals).
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients.
• Communicate the benefits and value of our medical billing services effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during all interactions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Record client information accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the billing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Proficiency in using CRM and MS Office tools.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
