Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representative for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and database
• Clearly present and explain DME products and services in a professional manner
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and build strong rapport
• Generate, assess, and qualify leads according to campaign criteria
• Accurately document call details and customer information
• Adhere to company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
