Ravisn LTD is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Customer Sales Representative Intern to support our international logistics and freight forwarding operations. The selected candidate will assist in lead generation, client communication, quotation preparation, and closing sales for air freight, sea freight, and door-to-door logistics services.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and converting prospects into long-term B2B clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through Email, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms
  • Handle inbound inquiries from import and export clients professionally
  • Prepare and coordinate freight quotations with the operations team
  • Follow up with potential clients and negotiate service rates
  • Close sales deals and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth
  • Maintain records of leads, quotations, and sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
  • 0–1 year experience in logistics sales or B2B sales (Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
