Customer Sales Representative (Skin Care)

Lahore, Pakistan

The Customer Sales Representative – Skincare is responsible for promoting skincare products, engaging with customers, and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and customer service. This role requires a passion for beauty and skincare, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Provide personalized skincare advice based on customer needs, concerns, and skin types.
  • Demonstrate product usage and explain key benefits and ingredients.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all skincare products, promotions, and brand story.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related skincare or beauty items.
  • Keep displays fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Collect and input customer data for loyalty programs or follow-up.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Attend product training sessions and stay updated on skincare trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, Graduation or equivalent; additional certifications in skincare or beauty is a plus.
  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of common skin concerns and skincare ingredients.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
  • Energetic, friendly, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer or POS system skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified skincare consultant or cosmetologist (optional but desirable).
  • Experience in a high-end or natural skincare brand.
  • Multilingual abilities (especially in regions with diverse customer bases).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
