Timings: 8pm - 5am

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative (preferably female) to join our custom packaging division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their packaging requirements, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails with potential and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide them with the best packaging solutions (custom boxes, printed packaging, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
• Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and client communication logs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the design and production team to meet client specifications and timelines.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Candidates with up to 1–2 years of sales/customer sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a plus).
• Confidence in handling client negotiations and presentations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
