Customer Sales Representative (US Shift)(Onsite)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Timings: 7pm - 4:30am

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join our sales team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective US-based customers.
• Introduce and promote company products/services confidently.
• Build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM/software.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance targets.
• Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company while ensuring natural and professional communication.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates / 0–1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shifts (US shift).
• Confident, persuasive, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools is a plus.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
