Customer Sales Representatives

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business and residential customers to promote and sell company services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service packages
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Accurately record call details and customer information in the CRM system
• Respond to customer questions professionally while maintaining high satisfaction standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish overall campaign objectives

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call centre or outbound sales role (international campaign experience is preferred)
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident accent
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, punctual, and a supportive team player
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems

Job Timings: Night Shift

Basic Salary: 70,000 Plus with handsome bonus structure
