Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

◾ Generate and qualify new leads (corporate clients, schools, sports teams, promotional buyers)
◾Manage client communication from initial inquiry to final order fulfillment
◾Prepare quotations and pricing proposals
◾Coordinate artwork approvals and embroidery specifications
◾Work closely with production to ensure order accuracy and delivery timelines
◾Oversee order tracking, invoicing, and client follow-up
◾Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business

Requirements:
◾Proven B2B or promotional product sales experience (embroidery/apparel preferred)
◾Strong understanding of custom embroidery and garment decoration processes
◾Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
◾Excellent communication and negotiation skills
◾Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
◾Self-motivated and target-drivenCompensation & Benefits:
◾Base Salary + Commission OR Commission-Only (negotiable based on experience)
