Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, documentation, customs) to ensure timely shipment updates
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing proactive status updates to clients
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist in preparing shipping documents and liaising with carriers and agents
  • Support the sales and operations teams with customer-related tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations

Skills required:

  • Freshers or 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • MS Office and logistics software.
  • Ability to multitask and ability to prioritize work
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
