Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and agile Customer Service Coordinator to join our Turkey Supply Chain team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the order-to-cash cycle with operational excellence, ensuring that our customers receive timely, accurate, and high-quality service.

In addition to managing day-to-day order operations, we are also seeking someone eager to grow into strategic supply chain initiatives, participate in improvement projects, and contribute to our journey toward a more integrated and agile end-to-end supply chain.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional FMCG environment—always in line with Mars Five Principles: Quality,

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain or Business degree preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain (preferably FMCG)

  • Solid knowledge of order-to-cash operations

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

  • Agile mindset and a desire to learn beyond daily tasks

  • Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken)

  • Strong team spirit

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, customer confirmation, delivery coordination, and issue resolution

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers; provide timely and solution-oriented support

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning) to ensure seamless order fulfillment

  • Monitor stock availability and communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery timelines

  • Maintain and improve KPIs related to service level, order accuracy, and on-time delivery

  • Support or participate in improvement projects related to customer experience, efficiency, and digitalization—on top of operational responsibilities

  • Ensure all activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
