About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who can professionally handle client communication over the phone, coordinate service schedules, and manage customer records with accuracy.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
• Basic IT background (comfortable with data entry, reports, and online systems)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate between clients and service teams
