Customer Service Executive

We are hiring for a Customer Care Executive – Chennai

Qualifications : Minimum Graduate (any discipline).

Salary: 15 K to 20K

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics/courier/transportation sector.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding courier bookings, tracking, and delivery status.

Register, track, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.

Basic knowledge of the courier/logistics industry preferred.

Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, email etiquette).

Fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
