We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer problems efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain customer records in CRM or internal systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, billing)
  • Meet performance KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
  • Escalate complex issues to the supervisor

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
