Job Title: Customer Service – Freight Forwarding
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive – Freight Forwarding to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, manage shipment processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth and efficient freight forwarding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related customer service role
✔ Good understanding of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and shipping processes
✔ Strong communication skills – written and verbal (English mandatory, regional languages a plus)
✔ Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities
✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✔ Team player with a collaborative approach
✔ Prior experience with freight forwarding software/tools is a plus
✔ Willingness to work in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
What We Offer:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
