Customer Service / Pricing Coordinator

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and professional support to clients on pricing and shipment inquiries
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for air, ocean, and land freight
  • Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors for rates and schedules
  • Maintain and update pricing and customer databases
  • Track shipments and proactively update clients on status
  • Resolve issues related to delivery, billing, or documentation
  • Collaborate with operations and sales for RFQs, tenders, and pricing strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding (pricing & customer service)
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, international shipping, and customs documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and freight management systems
  • Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable NOC
  • Immediate availability required

Preferred:

  • Experience with international carrier rate negotiations
  • Knowledge of Qatar and GCC logistics market
  • Bilingual (English + Arabic or other languages) a plus
