Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and professional support to clients on pricing and shipment inquiries
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for air, ocean, and land freight
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors for rates and schedules
- Maintain and update pricing and customer databases
- Track shipments and proactively update clients on status
- Resolve issues related to delivery, billing, or documentation
- Collaborate with operations and sales for RFQs, tenders, and pricing strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding (pricing & customer service)
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, international shipping, and customs documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and freight management systems
- Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable NOC
- Immediate availability required
Preferred:
- Experience with international carrier rate negotiations
- Knowledge of Qatar and GCC logistics market
- Bilingual (English + Arabic or other languages) a plus
