Job Overview:

Hashtag Media is a creative digital agency specializing in web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing. We are expanding our sales team and seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage and grow our presence on Upwork and Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on freelance platforms (Upwork/Fiverr)
• Provide accurate information about company services (web design, development, branding, and digital marketing).
• Write personalized, high-converting proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Manage and maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in on-boarding new clients and guiding them through the process.
• Understand client needs and communicate project details effectively.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, handle negotiations, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and project delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, clients, bidding activities, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with the team to align business goals and meet client needs.
• Perform any other duties relevant to the role as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service, client support, or related roles.
• Understanding of web design, development, and branding services is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in writing customized proposals and handling clients directly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Note: This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with six working days a week. However, the employee is required to attend the office as needed or when requested by the management.
