Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Sales)

Shift: Night | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

About the Role:
Fairways Logistics is hiring sales-driven Customer Service Representatives to handle US/Canada clients. You’ll manage calls, resolve issues, promote logistics services, and convert leads into long-term customers. This in-office night role requires excellent English communication, strong sales skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
• Understand client needs, upsell, and close deals.
• Meet sales KPIs and maintain CRM records.
• Resolve issues with empathy and coordinate with teams.
• Stay updated on services and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service/telesales (logistics/BPO preferred).
• Fluent English (spoken & written).
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Must work full-time night shift in-office.
