Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with outstanding English communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing outbound calls, particularly with UK-based clients, and will be skilled at building trust, nurturing leads, and driving successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential international clients, ensuring a professional and engaging first impression through warm calling.

* Follow up consistently with prospects to build strong relationships, nurture leads, and guide them through the sales process.

* Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of leads, converting them into qualified opportunities and confirmed surveys.

* Accurately document all interactions in CRM tools, ensuring complete and updated records of client communication.

* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve business objectives.

* Address client queries, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism while ensuring client satisfaction.

* Identify client needs and provide feedback to improve service offerings and enhance overall customer experience.

Required Skills

* Proven track record of handling inbound and outbound calls, with strong experience in dealing with UK clients.

* Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage confidently and professionally.

* Outstanding negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-driven mindset.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Experience using CRM tools and client management systems is highly desirable.

* A positive, resilient, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
