Customer Service Representative

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate between patients and doctors to ensure smooth appointment flow.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Provide timely resolution to complaints while ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Rotational Shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred).
  • A calm, patient-focused attitude and a passion for healthcare.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be Graduate
