Position: Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with a focus on Excellent English Communication Skills and preferably U.S market experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, driving sales, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and assist customers through the purchasing process.

2. Sales Generation:

• Actively promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

3. Marketplace Expertise:

• Leverage knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay is a plus, to optimize sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

4. Order Processing:

• Efficiently process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment.
• Address and resolve any issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in customer sales, with a preference for U.S market experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and eBay.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
