Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the Gulf market, be proficient in Arabic, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role in the Gulf market.
  • Should Speak ARABIC.
  • Highly qualified with a degree or relevant certifications.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
