Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join Hobnob. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, managing complaints, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages in a professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Delivery, Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all customer dealings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate or above with relevant experience.
  • Proven work experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
