We Are Hiring – Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for confident and experienced Customer Service Representatives for our UAE-based Real Estate Projects Call Center. This is an on-site calling position where strong English communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of BPO calling experience (mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Graduate / O-Level / A-Level qualification
• Ability to handle customer calls professionally
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply

Salary Package

• PKR 50,000 – 70,000
• Salary depends on experience and communication skills
