We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Female Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, following up on due and overdue payments, and ensuring timely recovery in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Daily client correspondence via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp
Follow up on installments and overdue payments
Manage and recover unpaid debts from clients
Negotiate overdue payments in the best interest of the company
Maintain accurate client feedback records in Excel
Update client feedback in the ERP system on a weekly/monthly basis
Track outstanding debts and plan recovery actions
Coordinate with sales team, dealers, and accounts department to contact clients
Update account status and databases regularly
Comply with legal requirements when escalation or legal action is required
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Build and maintain client trust regarding project delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
1–2 years of experience in call center operations or real estate recovery (preferred)
