Customer Service Representative

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining strong communication with clients, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

You will also coordinate with the Sales Manager and Accounts team to manage orders, payments, and customer accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system
  • Receive and confirm orders via phone or in-person interactions
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders and handle queries
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Monitor and follow up on pending orders and customer requests
  • Maintain proper records of orders and customer interactions
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or order management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Onsite (Lahore)
  • Schedule: 9-hour shift (including break), 6 days per week

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
