We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely shipment updates, and effective resolution of customer inquiries related to transportation and delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delays, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Assist in documentation related to shipping, billing, and logistics processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
