What We Do We provide top-quality home services: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, while supporting our customers through a high-volume call center. Our customer service team is the backbone of our business, ensuring every interaction reflects the Mac 5 culture of Teamwork, Attitude, Service, and Consistency.

Your Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with service bookings, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll help make sure our customers have a seamless, positive experience with Mac 5 Services.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and conduct outbound calls to support customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services, focusing on upselling opportunities
• Enter customer information accurately and manage service bookings efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues promptly
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or call center operations preferred
