Customer Service Representative

We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions, solving problems, and making sure they have a smooth experience with our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails professionally.

· Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and troubleshooting.

· Provide accurate product and service information.

· Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

· Maintain records of interactions and transactions.

· Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.

· Achieve set targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

Requirements:

· Previous call center or customer service experience.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism.

· Basic knowledge of financial services, mobile apps, or digital payments.

· Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

· Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
