Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our tyre service operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating service requests, and assisting in sales related to tyre services and roadside assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels promptly.
• Assist customers in booking tyre-related services such as tow service, new tyre installation, puncture repair, jump start, tyre replacement, and other roadside assistance.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Coordinate with the field/service team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Promote and upsell tyre products and services to customers.
• Maintain customer records and service details in the system.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quick and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
• Basic computer and mobile application skills (WhatsApp, CRM, etc.).
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote services.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Location:
Office based in Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi.

Salary & Benefits:
