Customer Service Representative

About the Role

DNK Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales who are passionate about building a career in sales. No prior real estate experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, qualified leads, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through company-provided leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Dubai real estate projects.
• Schedule meetings and property viewings for interested clients.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Assist senior sales consultants in closing deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about new project launches, market trends, and developer offers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
