We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage customers professionally in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a positive and professional attitude
• Provide accurate information regarding products, promotions, and services
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns promptly
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandise arrangement
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in billing, cash handling, and record-keeping (if required)
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction at all times

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Confident, presentable, and well-mannered
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to store procedures
• Basic knowledge of customer service practices
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Qualification & Experience:

• Intermediate/bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience will be an added advantage
