Customer Service Representative/ Call Centre (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service / Call Centre Representatives on a 2-month contract. The ideal candidate should be a native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills and customer service experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English.
  • Provide accurate product and order information to customers.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during all customer interactions.
