About the Role:

Veclar Technologies is looking for motivated and goal-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients—engaging them through cold calls, presenting our services, and coordinating appointments for the sales team. This role is essential in nurturing early client relationships and ensuring the sales process starts smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual cold calls using provided lead lists.
• Clearly and confidently introduce our services over the phone.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately manage and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to confirm or reschedule appointments.
• Maintain organized calendars for sales representatives, preventing scheduling conflicts.
• Address initial client objections or questions in a professional manner.
• Consistently represent Veclar Technologies with a positive and professional attitude.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate (FA/FSc) or above.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls without using an auto-dialer.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be comfortable working during night shifts.
