Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can professionally handle inbound and outbound calls related to office and print equipment. The ideal candidate will confidently communicate with corporate and industrial clients, manage service queries, and pitch our printing and office solutions in a professional, engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from corporate, industrial, and office clients regarding printers, copiers, and office equipment.
  • Provide information on products, rental plans, maintenance services, and technical support.
  • Professionally pitch printing solutions and office equipment packages to clients.
  • Maintain detailed call records and follow up on leads, service requests, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely responses.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Urdu.
  • Confident in speaking with corporate-level clients.
  • Prior experience in call handling or customer service (especially in the printing/IT sector) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and office equipment will be highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a professional tone and sales-oriented mindset.
